A Bridge of Support for Youth Moving to Life Beyond the Street... because the street is not safe         and every house....                                        is not  a home.   Partners for Youth Vision is a not for profit, 501 (c) (3) agency founded in 2002. It serves the needs of Tulare County's homeless, abused and disenfranchised youth ages 12 to 24.  The program was developed by individuals from the community, homeless youth, and non-profit, business, faith-based, government agencies.
